Run class 11th November

8 week run class starting the 11th of November.

Start time 7pm.

The class will take place from Spawell car park.

Duration 1 hour approximately. 

Class will also include a weekly plan via whattsapp group.

Learn drills & run techniques & improve tour fitness levels.

Class suits all levels.
